Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?

1. All our products are inspected before dispatch, damage in transit must be reported within 3 business days after sign on arrival. Viable solutions will be discussed to resolve the issues.

2. If the product purchased does NOT fit your application, return is also offered, claim must be reported withn 3 business days after sign on arrival. The return postage is NOT covered by us.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
1. The return address is U6 / 2 Norwest Avenue, Laverton North, 3026, Victoria. Att: EZ TOOLBOX

2. Return by courier or in person is accepted. 

3. Our trading hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

HOW do customers return items?
1. Please present your purchase proof (eg. Receipt, Invoice, etc. ) when claim returns. 

CREDIT for returns?
1. Refund will be issued in the way of the payment being made. For example, if the payment was made by Paypal, the refund will be issued via PayPal.
