By: on Had nothing but problems with this trundle drawer. Originally bought a 1400 one and paid express shipping to have it delivered in 1-2 days and a week and a half later was on the phone trying to locate it. Was lucky one of the gentlemen from the QLD store was able to work with me and refunded the shipping after I had to drive to Sydney to pick it up (2.5 hours away). Thinking the drama was over I took it home and opened it up to find the screws to hold the front plate weren’t in the packaging and had to get different screws. Then when trying to mount the front face I found that the screw holes didn’t line up with the slot behind it so they couldn’t go into their thread. Not wanting to drive back to Sydney and needing the tray done, I slotted out the hole further so they could bolt in. Then I go to bolt the drawer on assuming nothing else could go wrong, well how wrong I was! Drawer is mounted under the tray I’m thinking I’m good to go. Go to push the drawer in and latch it shut. Well surprise surprise, doesn’t latch. The latches don’t line up with the holes so it can’t be held shut. Thought could it just be me not doing it right. So I go over everything and everything is exactly as it should be. Poor design and i don’t know if it’s just a fault in the product they’ve sent me or if the entire design is just flogged out. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
