  • Yes, but currently we only charge 15% extra during EOFY, compared to the previous 25% surcharge. This reduced rate helps more customers achieve a tailored setup at better value.

  • Yes – for similar configurations, we are happy to offer a competitive quote based on standard products, helping you match or beat pricing seen elsewhere. We aim to offer strong value without compromising on quality.

  • All custom builds are manufactured overseas and require an estimated 10–12 weeks from order to delivery. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your build slot and avoid delays.

  • Yes, we can provide a visual preview of your setup. However, high-fidelity CAD or SolidWorks 3D drawings are only available after a deposit is placed. If you cancel the order after the drawings have been prepared, a 10% design fee (based on the total order value) will apply to cover our design labour costs.
