Caravan Toolbox - OK but.........

Brought the 400x400x1560 caravan toolbox. Got the unit home and started unpacking - notice significant gouges and scratches in the black paint on the aluminium lid. This damage and quality issue was done prior to packing and at point of manufacture as the plastic wrap and the cardboard packaging was undamaged. Contacted ETB - they wanted me to return the box which was in the process of being installed for our trip the next day. I want information on how to repair the pain work and a partial refund for being sold a product which was not 1st quality. Got nothing in response other than to take the toolbox back when it was too late sitting on the draw bar of my Van. Strongly recommend thoroughly checking product from ETB at their point of sale (don't trust the cardboard packaging) and before you take their products home. Pretty disappointing given I paid $680 for the toolbox. Other than the quality - the storage capacity of ther box is good, side door entry and access is good. Looks good on the Van draw bar. Concerns for water leaking in through the 2 x recessed top lid locks. Rain water pools in the lock recess and with only light rain I had a small amount of water leak in through the top lock assembly.
